By accessing or purchasing from Drip Vault TCG, you agree to the following terms:

• Prices, shipping rates, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
• Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
• Orders may ship from our fulfillment partners and logistics providers, and may be delivered in separate packages when applicable.
• International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale activity.

Delivery & Tracking

Estimated delivery is typically 7–14 days after dispatch. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tip: Orders that are still within the delivery window are considered in transit. If your order exceeds the delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly for assistance so we can resolve it promptly.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may be reviewed under payment provider dispute policies. We may provide order records, tracking updates, and supporting evidence to payment processors to help resolve disputes fairly.

Warranty

Trading card accessories such as sleeves, toploaders, holders, cases, stands, and display products do not include warranty for normal wear, usage, or handling.

Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects reported upon delivery.
