Due to the nature of trading card accessories and collectibles, all sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was shipped.
We do not accept returns for:

Opened sleeves, toploaders, holders, display units, stands, magnetic cases, and other accessories are not eligible for return.
Our products are shipped through international collector logistics partners. Because of this, delivery may take slightly longer than local retail shipping.
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive within this timeframe. During peak seasons, customs inspections, or carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Orders that are still within the delivery window are considered in transit and not lost.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the shipment progress.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer either:
Trading card accessories such as sleeves, toploaders, holders, cases, stands, and display products do not include warranty for normal wear, usage, or handling.
Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects reported upon delivery.

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution and may be reviewed under payment provider dispute policies.
